Self-Pay / Superbill
For families who are not covered by one of the insurance providers listed in another section, we are pleased to offer a self-pay option. Additionally, we can provide a superbill—an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. While reimbursement is not guaranteed, many Fox families have found this process helpful with covering costs.
